Allan Toniks alias Allan Ampaire was born in 1987 to Dr Berinda Edward and Mrs Berinda Josephine in Mbarara town and he lived inwards of Nyamitanga, Booma and Kamukuzi.

He’s, therefore, a fluent speaker of Runyankore.

Allan Toniks went to Mbarara Preparatory School for his primary. He then joined King’s College Buddo for O ’Level and Ntare School for his A ‘Level.

He joined Makerere University Business School where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Studies in 2011.
